Took my watch to replace the battery but ended up with a badly scratched dial. After many visits and having eventually lost my patience got the watch back. I was happy with the final result as the manager (had to) replaced the top casing for a new one and I ended up with a newish watch.

€ 15.50 for a single key! Even if the service is fast it does not justify such a price.

Very disappointed with the work done. 5 pairs of shoes left to redo the heels and they were damaged. Squared velvet, branded leather, grated heels and the tips of polished pumps until they are pierced. The minimum cleaning was not even done ... It is expensive for this very average quality of work.

After 35 minutes of waiting in front of the store entrance because the employee was not on time! No excuse either on his part when waiting for several customers, this "tourist did not even been able to redo a key with the model next !! 👎👎I went to Roissy en brie to redo another key at "LG locksmith" paid 30 euros each instead of 47.90 euros (thief in addition to being unable !!) I got reimbursed at these incapable of MISTER MINIT TORCY Real crooks. AVOID😡😡
