I put skates there for my pair of Finsbury's (shoemaking), top and pleasant staff having done a great job, I warmly recommend and do not understand the opinions that tarnish the image of this company.

Terrible service. Shoes given for repair before confinement, I come back after 2 and a half months and still not ready. :(
My first connection to give an opinion, and not to be the most satisfied: I came last week to copy my mailbox key to the mister minute. A sign indicates the closing hours and it is 7pm in the evening.
At 6:40 pm I arrive in front of a closed gate !! I figured there was a problem, and decided to come back the next day.
Rebelote, closed again. If the employee went to do exterior locksmith work or some other reason, he could indicate this on the grid.
The next day I went directly to the shoemaker in the park, there at least he respects the timetables he posts.
Today I had my phone screen repaired and then found that the screen had turned yellowish and the quality with changing badly 😡😡😡
Can not duplicate a simple key. After three tries (and three round trips for me), we still were not there.
Offers the refund, but does not care about the lost time.
Unpleasant, and expensive (15 € the simple key)
