Annoying! AGENCY TO AVOID! I paid and booked a van a few days early at this agency and when I arrived in the morning (on time) they had rented the van to someone else! They did not find me an alternative solution and I was forced to look for another van available in the area, van I absolutely needed immediately. I lost all morning, without having the van I had already paid and booked. They gave as an excuse that they did not see the emails and booking messages, though I had booked and paid a few days in advance.

Not nice at all ... to avoid!
