I confirm that the person in charge of welcoming the client is not the most kind, neither in tone nor in substance. I am willing to believe that she herself is under pressure because of the (nitpicking) demands of her hierarchy, but should the client who comes to ask her kindly pay the price? To tell the truth, we come out totally stunned from a conversation with this lady and it's very sad.

A SIMPLY SHAME !!!!!
