TO FLEE !!!!! I went there to pick up a package this afternoon, until everything is fine. Being a professional ambulance attendant, I rarely have free time to pick up a package, so I will pick it up 6 days after deposit. The lady working there has been INFECTED with me, and the word is measured! She explained to me that the deadline was 10 days but that she usually arranged to send it back after 5 days "because you realize you keep packages like that, it's not possible". She then allowed herself to openly judge me by saying that I had to take the time to come and pick it up first. I calmly explained to him that I could do 14 hour days! She told me she did too and it wasn't an excuse with a very, very scornful air. I have never seen such lousy customer service in my life, what a shame! By what right does she allow herself to make remarks like this? And quite frankly if the fact of relaying parcels bothers her that much, she better just stop.

I only go there to collect parcels and generally it goes well. Once I still got a package that had been wet (of course this detail was not revealed to me until the signature was made) and the content was damaged. I arranged with the merchant site and everything went back to normal.

Very clean service station, friendly welcome I really appreciated.
