First catastrophic visit in November with the meeting of a saleswoman who was not at all friendly and welcoming when I was the only customer ... However, on my 2nd visit in December, it was perfect! Despite a long queue, the two people present were very pleasant, welcoming and very helpful. So I put 2 stars less for my November visit.

No hello, no service. I have been to this store twice in a row at 10 minute intervals, No hello both times. The saleswomen exchanged between them and made their spring without worrying about the world the second time. The first time being alone. Then one of the two saleswomen left, wishing the second good luck, still keeping her spring away. Result: no purchase. To flee.

Unpleasant saleswoman for after-sales service. Be careful, they only exchange once. My partner bought me a bracelet on Friday, unfortunately the bracelet was too small. He goes back there this Saturday morning to make an exchange, he takes a necklace from me instead. In no case did the saleswoman warn him that we could only trade once otherwise he would have waited for me to come with him. Unfortunately the necklace was not to my liking so we went there in the afternoon to exchange. I choose a more expensive piece of jewelry, the saleswoman refused to exchange, is this normal? It is not commercial at all.
