A bank supposed to be cooperative by supporting its customers in good times as well as in bad times, I can confirm that it is quite the opposite. I left this bank because of the behavior of my advisor Mrs. Caroline Martin who was not proactive towards me.I am very disappointed with the support she never provided me as well as with her behaviour. I strongly recommend that you never open an account with this agency at the risk of having no advice or follow-up. Agency fees, costly incident no bad gesture Disdainful staff with no professionalism.
