I have been coming to the firm for almost 2 years now. I think I have enough perspective to give my opinion which I hope will be constructive. The staff are just lovely, they are all attentive, reassuring and above all caring. Difficult situations that may arise are handled perfectly well, and once again I stress their benevolence. I mainly come for facial hair removal. As the laser was ineffective on me, the doctor referred me to electric hair removal. Admittedly, this technique is meticulous and requires a lot of patience, but the results are there! I cannot say for sure how many hours I spent with the team in this process. But what is certain is that I can say after all this time spent arguing that each staff member has their own personality and therefore you are bound to get along with at least one of them. To approach a more formal angle, I can say that the doctor is very attentive and concerned with the good follow-up and the well-being of his patients. I lived several hundred kilometers away and the secretariat was able to be accommodating on the reserved slots. Also, I'm not riding the gold and the ALD coverage covering my transition saves my life, it must be said. In conclusion, a team with a big heart, concerned about its patients. A certain frank talk that will not leave you with bad surprises. You know why you're coming, it's well done and in a good mood. A golden cabinet as we rarely see!

The doctor took my needs into account and I am satisfied with the results: removal of 4 moles including 2 on the face and eye contour injections.
