I rented a car with my son from them and a few hours after departure we noticed major anomalies concerning the brakes with in particular noise and a manufacturer's warning mentioning a check not carried out in a garage (Mazda) and to top it off they (Enterprise ) blame us for damage that we did not do on the vehicle (1500 € debit on my bank account). Given the circumstances, I asked to know the garage for expertise and send me the report by email in charge of the vehicle. I'm still waiting!! Basically thieves. 🤬🤬🤬 I pass on the fact that the vehicle is made cleaner and that the full is returned to the maximum (above the last den) In short, it is unacceptable.

They billed me for a full when I returned the vehicle while they gave me a vehicle with 1/4 full !!! So I return the vehicle with 1/4! Logical no? The service is serious !! Not available at the counter !!! Obliged to leave the key in the letterbox ... nil !! No more business !!
