The employees are friendly, but the manager takes his time to talk to customers, sitting behind his desk, looking at his computer. I asked him if there were subscription plans, and he yelled at me for an evasive answer. I HIGHLY advise against going to this Wallgreen agency.

Ask Alain, the best, friendliest and most professional car rental company I have ever encountered. No confusion and smiles at the meeting.

Very good staff and attentive to expectations

We rented a car through our insurance while our vehicle was being repaired. The welcome when picking up the vehicle was friendly but very long. The software was not working well. We took more than 30 minutes to get in the car. To return the car we went there for the first time on Friday at 5.15pm .... door closed! We thought it was the weekend. Monday rebelote! We leave work early and are at 5:10 pm in front of their door .... no one, door closed and light on inside. We contact the Portet agency ... he informs us that the person at the reception has gone to get a mirror at their place but that it has been a long time that she should be at his post. after 30 minutes of waiting ... the person arrives at high speed. No excuse, she asks us what we are doing !! the good joke! I realize, while my companion returns the keys, that there is a little girl in his vehicle ... and yes that's it, in fact the person at the reception is absent from her job and takes the time to pick up her daughter from school. A shame .. we were absent from our work very early already because the hours are not at all accommodating (8:30 am-12pm / 2: 5:30 pm) and in addition during opening hours there is no one there! and no excuse .......... I do not recommend at all, to avoid!
