I missed my counter visit and I know .. it's my fault! But what could be more annoying when you have not been warned that it would then be necessary to redo the entire technical control and that the person who made the appointment did not do this check which would have been both professional and commercial ( but hey, I understand, it's more turnover ...) and no sms alert either on the deadline for cons visit Yes I know .. again it's my fault! And what about the lack of empathy of the person who told me very professionally and coldly that it was my fault and that the rule is the rule (dixit)! Don't expect sympathy or empathy from them Auxiliary to the police would be the role that would suit them best So I found another center that seemed to me more welcoming

the ad says "technical control and human contact" FALSE! Inhuman .. enter the car in the workshop to SEE that the tires are new and charge 10 € and make wait 15 minutes while passing 2 customers in administration .. without mask or gloves! ... wants to redo the visit at a "promo" rate paid by internet? NOT CORRECT and insulting "I have Bac + 2 I know what to do to see tires" (imbecility or BAD FAITH? .. the tires still had the paint on the strip .. not driven 5 km since installation! )

This is the second time that I have come to this center to check my car and I am delighted! Professional, punctual staff who do not hesitate to give advice or explain technical details. I will come back to do my future checks.

I was received by a technician on 03/30/2019 (F.L.) very strongly unpleasant. Example: "- how soon can I come back to collect my vehicle? - I don't know I don't have your vehicle to do! " It happened again and again with the same person as I forced myself to remain calm and respectful. I will not be returning nor will I drop off my company's service cars there.

Crooks! Abusive price adds nonexistent problem. Gasoline cap missing even though there is no cap on this model! And so on
