I give 2 stars simply for the lack of politeness in the establishment: it is a shame to be almost humiliated because you ask for a quote. Other than that I couldn't judge because I didn't do any work on them, their behavior made me cold. It's a shame because reading the other feedback seems competent.

First time I called on Hug Motors and I was completely satisfied with the service provided (change of tires and brake pads). Very professional and pleasant. He took the time to explain to me the work done and is transparent (will not do a service if it is not necessary). He is good advice and is not there to empty your wallet! I recommend this garage.

Too bad we can't put 0 otherwise I would have put it. Very unpleasant reception and not at all professional. Indeed, the person at the reception (I do not know if it was a mechanic or other) cuts you off and answers you sharply by saying "let me talk because I know all about that etc ... As I'm explaining what's wrong with the car. The team has changed and I strongly advise against it.

Romain lent us a vehicle while we waited for our car to be fixed and the garage was extremely accommodating in terms of payment. A garage run by professionals who are very human and have great values. I recommend without hesitation !! Thanks to the whole team !
