The first time I had been I really liked the service. This week, appointment for tire fitting. I run into the boss (I guess) who points out to me that the tires weren't bought from them. I ask him if that poses a problem for the assembly and geometry department of my vehicle. It does not seem to please him but he accepts the appointment. On site, waiting 30 minutes to fit the tires before the geometry (we had to insist on doing it in this order) and while it is my turn, the boss makes a friend of his pass in front of him !!! By pointing out to him, he clearly tells us that if we don't like it, look elsewhere ... What we did! And it says professional. In short, a waste of time ... A shame when I really appreciated the team during my first visit to them (the boss was not there).
