Do not keep its commitments at the level of delivery times explaining that they are dependent on their carrier ... but when a subcontractor (carrier) is bad, we part with it before professionals choose another supplier of part even if it means paying more, but being served on time !! Delivery within 24 hours ... false advertising !!! They don't have control over deliveries !!!

I am an automotive professional. I bought a steering rack for a Mitsubishi L200 in June 2019 from Japocat. Today (September 2020) the customer comes to see me again because this rack has been leaking for a while. I made a request for exceptional coverage under warranty because the vehicle since the repair has only traveled 17,000 km. This was refused to me by email because the purchase was over a year old. (it is true that the client should have come to see us before, but the current period and our closure for summer holidays did not help). So I contacted the returns department by phone and was told that the number of kilometers traveled was not taken into account, but only the number of months. Surprising for a supplier who says he is serious about not making any gesture in this case !! The interlocutor replied that it was not an original part, that I had paid less for it, so I replied that if I understand correctly, the life of the part is the amount I paid, and I get my money's worth ... cheaper payment equals m coin .... I also told him that when receiving the part last year, I had contacted the sales representative to inform him that the parts on the rack had been incorrectly mounted and were not tightened, but no follow-up already. the time had not been given. I informed him that I had worked with the company last year, he cut me off, telling me that I had only placed 3 orders last year. I replied that I wanted to have perspective on the parts delivered, especially because of the condition of the part received. Under these conditions this is the last time that I work with this supplier, which apparently is only a supplier ... I am going to inform my fellow mechanics in the area about how this company acts.

Bad experience. Keep a bad memory The premises are not clean and the entrance is ugly. Very very average reception.
