Very disappointed with this store !!! The boss's behavior is scandalous! We were good customers, however, and have purchased several stones and necklaces for many years. This year, we brought a stone to be re-set in February. We have passed 5 times since February. In September, we still haven't found our stone with its rim. This is a birthday present for my wife. The saleswomen scramble to hear from the boss, but he never answers and seems to have lost the jewel. However, no one contacts us, nor seems to bother to compensate us !! The managers of the store are not there to listen to the problems of the customers and are deaf to our requests. Nobody answers the phone from the Albi store !! We are very unhappy !!
