Dental Practice Dr. Lumbroso

Dr Lumbroso performed a frenectomy on my 2 month old daughter which went really well. A warm welcome, we were well taken care of from the start to the end of the operation. After the operation, we were able to use the waiting room while the baby calmed down and resumed the breast. As a parent it is never easy to have your child undergo a medical procedure, especially when he is a very small baby, but Dr Lumbro knew how to put us at ease. We have no regrets and are delighted. I recommend ! It's a real pleasure to finally have a professional trained in brakes in Toulouse.

My 5 year old son met Dr Benetah for the first time last Wednesday. It went very well, the doctor is attentive, my son felt comfortable and relaxed. Then the doctor gave me very clear explanations, asked me if I had any questions as well. I recommend without hesitation

Doctor Lumbroso is very pedagogue, professional and efficient. I would have liked to have had him as a dentist when I was a child :) Go there with confidence. She is great.

Super dentist, pedagogue, etc, etc, ok, but then a great effort to make at the telephone level, inadmissible, that at the opening of the office, we already fall on an answering machine!

Very disappointed and saddened by this cabinet. These people are inhuman and do not show any understanding, our son was followed there for a long time now. He who was very fearful of doctors, Dr. Lumbroso managed to put him at ease and he saw only through her for her dental care. We missed 2 appointments in July of the previous year and we could not call the office, we were losing someone very close to Paris. Call today, to make an appointment because our son suffers a lot from a tooth, we were dispatched with a refusal telling us that if there are 2 missed appointments, Dr. Lumbroso no longer takes the patient. We tried in vain to explain to the secretary the particular situation but in vain. Neither she nor the doctor wants to know anything. We are distraught and must explain to our 6 year old son that he will have to go to an unknown person to treat him. I find this cabinet to be lacking in humanity, even more so when dealing with such young children. Frankly, ashamed.
