Hello, I call the standard for an appointment for a urinary tract infection. The person on the phone told me to move urgently and immediately to the office to be picked up by one of the doctors. After 45 minutes of waiting on my break time and 4 doctors who passed me without asking who I was waiting, I asked if the doctor who was to receive me was present. The latter tells me that this doctor is away every Wednesday and that no one can take me. Thank you to communicate between you and not to move people who are more are sick not to receive them.
