Very unhappy with the service.
On Saturdays, I order a composition for a funeral on Tuesday. Composition that, on Tuesday afternoon, we simply forgot to make (not surprisingly when we know that the order of December 1 was noted for November 3 ...). Young insolent saleswoman, no apology from the three people present in the store ... Finally, it will be a composition made quickly on a piece of table that I will settle without a commercial gesture for the inconvenience caused.
It is certain that this is the first and last time that I have set foot in this store and that I will be sure to give this brand the publicity it deserves!

Terrible service, order from an online site, the site gives the follow-up of the order in several stages and in real time, email received for delivery confirmation, but the flowers were actually still at the florist because of I do not know which excuse.
no signature words with the flowers on delivery and most important of course, a bouquet that absolutely does not look like what to order !!! Notice to the florist, if we are not able to do as in the photo, we do not work with online sites !!!
All for 54 € !!! SIMPLY THEFT !!! SCANDALOUS !!!
