I love this store, I love the sign itself! There are always good ideas and something to decorate your interior according to our tastes and desires. The small problem is the home. Usually the team is on top and very careful, but last Wednesday that was not the case. Indeed, as we passed through the security gates, we triggered the alarm. It happens to everyone, but we felt embarrassed. However, I went a second time to check if it was me, or my friend, and there a saleswoman arrives, annoyed as possible and without any filter talking to us aggressively. I can understand the situation, the lack of time, the sales requirements and the merch ... But from there to telling his customers that the noise hurts his ears and that we must either go home or leave to ring more. is a bit borderline. I am also in the gallery as a shopkeeper, and I have never seen that! Thank you to this pleasant person, who by the way remained just as cold when we wanted to ask him for advice and for the checkout. You make you want to come back! (Small point, I had never seen this saleswoman before, so a new one ?!)

My mother ordered a bed from the store before the lockdown and still hasn't received anything. Today she cancels her order and finds herself at the starting point: sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The worst thing in history is surely that no one has ever contacted her to explain the situation clearly to her and that no one wants to bring themselves to make any kind of commercial gesture. My mother was a frequent customer of the store and supplied her with decoration at a cost of hundreds of euros per month. She is a lost customer and all those contacts who appreciate her honesty.

I saw a pretty piece of furniture on the internet. But in the shops. It is something else there are not .balma gramont, fenouillet nothing false pub. Very disappointed
