Pilates Centre By S-Evolution

This place of multidisciplinary well-being is exceptional. Thanks to Siti and the competent and attentive professionals I met at the Pilates Center, I was able to reconnect with my body. Goals achieved even exceeded and smooth. I was able to alleviate pain through better posture, muscle re-deep through my body, in parallel with a few sessions of osteopathy who have actually improved my posture despite my scoliosis (visible to the podiatrist), and finally an appointment with the dietician to better know the needs of my body. It makes me want to say thank you today to share women for allowing me to reconnect with my body (and felt needs) and have learned to know to care. I wish that everyone can have the happiness to live this experience of well-being.
