I contacted this company to duplicate my car key (Volkswagen 2017). I communicated by email the vehicle registration card as well as the key reference. I have been told that reproduction is possible and that an appointment must be made. So I make an appointment and receive confirmation in return. The key being a hands-free coded key, I have the feasibility confirmed again, I am told that there is no problem. On the agreed day, I go to the shop (40km from my home). Obviously there was a misunderstanding since no one was expecting me, I would have received a draft email as confirmation ???, but since I'm here ...
