Very pleasant shop, bright and with beautiful pieces. The reception is at the top with excellent follow-up and quality advice adapted to our profile. In short, I absolutely recommend this shop. Corinne the saleswoman is really very professional.

This store is a disgrace and should not be considered a reputable brand the salespeople at the Toulouse store are just obnoxious. Jewelry taken to clean and lost and no respect for customers. You have to get excited to have the refund of the jewelry lost in their shop. It is unacceptable.

Sad, we arrived at 6pm Tuesday September 15th to buy wedding rings and were refused entry by a saleswoman who told us that we had had enough customers. The store was empty, however, she certainly wanted to close earlier. Ineligible

I just made a purchase in this shop and not for a high amount, and I want to write a review because, before going there, I went to see the reviews and saw a lot of negative reviews ... Eh well, we didn't have to go to the same shop !!! Very nice saleswoman who answered all my requests with a smile. Personally, I would go back there with great pleasure. Thank you for your welcome.
