Impeccable customer service! We arrived spontaneously, without an appointment, and were received with a smile, kindness and listening. The advisor took the time to answer all our questions, to present the creations to us and we absolutely did not feel "in a hurry to choose", as other houses can do. TO FLEE !!! At first glance we liked this shop, after resizing my engagement ring I noticed a few days after that a piece of the diamond was missing ... so I returned to the shop but it was our fault !!! commercially they did not want to know anything about them it was necessarily my fault! gold I know that I did not break my ring especially a diamond which is supposed to resist a whole life! we can assume that the quality of the diamond needs to be reviewed ... it is inadmissible and so little commercial. We had to pay to turn the diamond so that we no longer see the broken end !!! thank you GEMMYO! We went to another jewelry store and if ever there is a piece of the diamond that breaks, it replaces the diamond for us by invoking their guarantee!

While the prices are well beyond my budget, the staff here are blamelessly welcoming and with great advice! No complaints.
