Dry and cold reception one has the impression to disturb however they do not seem overwhelmed. It's annoying because it is we who pay them and it costs us a crazy nut!

In case of theft do not file a complaint with the gendarmerie of balma completely useless approach !! Waste of time we register complaints but they are not processed ...
