I am really disappointed because I have had problems with vmc and mold in my bathroom for 17 years, as well as my front door and my wooden windows rotten by decay of course, when the external cracks which are getting worse from day by day ... that said, I had a very good contact before the local agent who had undertaken to bring in qq to settle the problem of mold, cracks and paint in my bathroom and of course, she did is over and I pay a vmc that doesn't work, and I breathe these molds roaming all over the place now! I cannot leave, my situation does not allow me to do so and yet, I pay my rent every month ..... Residence Marguerite in Launaguet built in 1987. The walls are soaked with water I fear that tt collapses by force.

Service very busy like any social housing so you have to be patient, however once I was told my case was taken care of very quickly and the oph struggled to allow me to have a home in little time (sdf at the time of the request). The team is very friendly and we answered all my requests quickly.

Housing filled with roaches thank you oph31 for renting me such an unhealthy housing with my 3 children including 2 disabled! Really a big thank you for letting us live with roaches !!!! Since December 2018 I call you for disinsection and nobody wants to move it! On the other hand you are very strong to call me for rent impayer !!!! I do not recommend anyone to this social lessor! I throw 2 fridge since December 2018 it is true that I am rich !!!!! A shame a real shame !!!!!!
