Here is my experience with the SSI (ex RSI): I had questions to ask in the context of a new business creation project and unfortunately their lack of availability, courtesy and especially competence (on the phone) to me. have totally confused. Fortunately, my activity being artisanal, I asked the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Haute-Garonne (in 2nd spring) and their welcome, their kindness as much as their professionalism were more than a relief in all this stagnation. : a complete, invaluable help and a comfort to advance serenely at all the stages of my project ... Morality do not waste time, future craftsmen, go directly to the chamber of trades of Toulouse ... their friendly welcome and good advice is top! It will undoubtedly be more effective! An experience never regretted each time I needed the Chamber of Trades (phone, on site or by email and even offer video if that can suit us). Same experience as others, I just get hooked on the nose for no reason. Just the person did not want to do his job apparently. If you are not capable of patience and provide explanations or just to be polite ... Change your occupation!
