After several exchanges with the technical service of this agency telling me a procedure to follow (declare unpaid hours for a business creation), I am told that I should never have done that, and that I stated wrongly. Let us add to this an infantilizing tone, a blacklist and disparaging and insisting comments of course on the fact that "I do not work" even though the situation of a business creator is known to my personal advisor. If the exchanges with the private advisor are going well, those with the technical service are trying and too quickly dispatched to take into account the situations and expectations of job seekers. The pace of work of the agents of this agency does not justify everything, and a follow-up with people in delicate situation requires care, listening, and clear answers (and not contradictory), and even more in this context of generalized crisis. Extremely disappointed with the accompaniment of what should be a first-rate public service.

There is a counselor who does not know the Glassdoor site, one who does not know that the CPF is now open to public officials but who does workshops to present the training service ... And then there is ONE counselor super concerned (who sometimes sends emails outside of job center opening hours), with empathy and competent who recognizes the limits of job center but still tries to help. So a big thank you to her, and for all the others, change jobs or get involved!

I'm leaving from Pôle Emploi La Plaine. The reception "counselor" just explained to me that I did not exist (in her own words) because I already have a job and that no help would be granted to me for retraining as long as I would not have resigned (which is difficult when you want to keep a roof over your head).
