Well it is clear that they just do not do their job ... When we call to report a noise and they say they will come but they never come ... 2 times ... I believe that they are not committed to doing the only thing for which they are paid ... too bad!
Abuse of power and authority. Overzealous. Verbalization of motorists at their discretion. Invent laws / rules that do not exist. You have to meet the quotas.

Very responsive police when it comes to verbalizing motorists in violation for a few minutes of alternate parking overrun. A little less to catch the trader trader at the Bussy Mini Market for over 10 years.
