Sloppy VMC maintenance (my tenant had to do the cleaning of the vents himself). But the most serious is the damage caused by the technician, broken mouth, damaged toilet. The mouth has been replaced but I still had to relaunch them several times for this to be done ... I therefore do not recommend.

On July 20, a technician came to see a problem with a malfunctioning VMC. It gives me the following diagnosis: failure of the high speed therefore device to be replaced. I am billed for a trip + one hour visit and then receive a quote to replace the VMC. Before proceeding, I consult the manufacturer of the CMV who invites me to send them for repair, which I do. The manufacturer sends me back the VMC with the following comment: there is no failure, the VMC was only dirty, we cleaned it! Indeed she walks perfectly. So I called the CMS company to ask them for the reimbursement of the intervention because as a professional they should have checked first if the VMC did not need simple maintenance. Wrong diagnosis, incentive to buy new equipment, good commercial sense should have pushed the company to reimburse me for the intervention instead of which it has taken me by boat for 2 weeks and invariably repeats to me that as the intervention took place the invoice is justified !!

We called on CMS for the installation of a VMC. Very good work from the technical team On the other hand, salesperson very difficult to reach and lacking in reactivity. Fortunately the administrative teams do not compensate for their availability and their kindness.
