Moderately satisfied with the performance of this company for my part. Taking into account the nature of the site (connection to the basement of an apartment in the water network), the labor rate was around 90 HT per hour spread over 3 days, which is particularly high . On the other hand, even if the gas was removed in this apartment, the new water piping was installed as short as possible diagonally, the old gas piping present on its way was thus cut off, which represents a total modification of the original installation unrelated to water. In the kitchen, the water supply having left outside the sink + cabinet unit, impossible to install the cupboard to the left against the wall, forcing me to have an additional connection made at my expense. Finally, the cleaning of the site in the basement was not done: parts, cumulus packaging and rubble were left on site. The manager was notified and acknowledged the error, but no one returned to clean up the site. In conclusion, it's a bit of a quick job, for a high price. March 10, 2020: Sir, I take note of your response to my appreciation, and I acknowledge that I wrote it several months after your intervention for lack of time, but I still wanted to share, realistically and in good faith , from my experience with your company with regard to the quality of work / invoicing ratio. Nothing of what I wrote was exaggerated or distorted, it is concretely the final report of this intervention which was not, for my finances, a "small" intervention since it was close to 4000 euros. Finally, contrary to what you say about the uncleaned site, there was not "the equivalent of 2 household shovels", there were a few kilos of rubble including a good dozen old copper pipe sections , metal parts and divisional counters, pieces of brick, cardboard packaging for the cumulus 150L ... None of this could have come in 2 shovels in a household trash can. However, if my opinion is taken into account and allows improvements, I welcome it for other customers.
