To avoid absolutely. The installation was laborious and the following year it was no longer working (no gas). They came back five or six times for various breakdowns and it really never worked well. I just had everything replaced with real pros and they explained to me why. To start with the outside unit not powerful enough for the big splits when I turned them all on it couldn't produce enough power to feed them. In addition, the tube supplying one of the chambers was pinched so did not work correctly. A problem with the motherboard at the very beginning and I still had to manage to get the replacement from the Mitsubishi. This is my experience as a real enthusiast.
