I had a dysfunction of my electric cumulus: the technician comes, does not even open the hood, just checks that there is good current in the apartment, then the cumulus not working tells me that it must be switch. 120 euros for the trip. Being zero in "DIY", I then try anyway to open the cover of the cumulus, I notice that a power plug is badly connected. I put it back well, and since no worries. On the other hand, the check for 120 euros was cashed, and refusal to be reimbursed. So in total: a technician who does his job badly, not rigorous, and no reimbursement.
