Agency not reactive at all and at all points. During the occupation of the premises: - Refusal to carry out planned work due to bad weather despite emails and calls or of course I could only reach the secretary (very pleasant despite everything ...). We were made to wait 1 year and then we ended up moving. - the cupboards on rails let us go quickly after moving in (about 1 month) refusing to take care of it, telling us that it was up to us to do it ... but come on we "accept" ... -The rental manager has never come forward to resolve multiple problems, whether in the accommodation or in the neighborhood ... During the exit inventory: - the gentleman present for this inventory, which was the same as at the entrance had in his possession a tablet (which was not the case when moving in) taking a photo of the "traces" already present before our entry into the accommodation which obviously passed over us. Knowing that he had told us when we got home that the paintings would be redone (among other things) and no one ever came ... This gentleman allowed himself many reflections, especially on cleaning, the products that we had to use throughout our occupation ... (and I am someone nevertheless maniac ..) As if by chance, the deposit retained was exactly the amount of the deposit paid to the nearest cent. ✌🏼 Funny coincidence. The only positive point to remember is the very kind receptionist, attentive and understanding even if she has never, at her level, been able to solve all these disappointments ... in short it is an agency to be left out ...

My companion and I visited an apartment offered by the agency. The apartment totally met our expectations, we put together the case. Student with reliable guarantor. After simmering us for 3 weeks (wasted time) telling us yes it's good then no we are missing our phone papers, then yes again, for a final refusal. I do not find this correct.

The height of mediocrity! Unable to invoice on time. Unable to make an invoice with the correct amount. Postpone the inventory dates for no reason. Do not even know the address of the premises she rents !!! Do not write down appointments and therefore do not show up and allow themselves to respond haughtily. Another agency that had better change its business.
