FONCIA Toulouse

It is very cold in the apartments. I checked the Thermic Isolation Certification and is says that is a B Class isolation wich is a lie, as from Octomber we have 19 degrees in our apartment. We tryed to turn on the central heating system and it is not working. We tryed to call the Foncia Syndic on 5-6 different phone numbers and nobody never is answering. If this is the Foncia standard, you better avoid it.

It's hard to know where to start. This agency shows a terrible lack of professionalism and, more annoyingly, of ethics. Managers are simply dishonest. We rented an apartment through their agency in a building managed by them. When we entered the premises, the apartment was in a catastrophic state, not cleaned, no smoke detectors, hot water ... The building was abandoned, dilapidated, not maintained despite the charges paid every month. We suffered several water damage, of which the condominium was in question. Claims reported to insurance were not tracked, work was not done. One bathroom was barely usable for 8 months. A year later we decided to move because of all these inconveniences, left an immaculate apartment and they found a way to charge us part of the security deposit !!! They have no embarrassment or limit. I think the other divided opinions speak for themselves. Agence Foncia Toulouse (and especially the Manager of Managers), know that it is never too late to show empathy and to train in order to improve your skills and thus improve the quality of service of the company we work for.

Nothing to save. Don't bother to entrust your property to them, you will waste your time, money and nerves. Their modus operandi is null and inhuman to the detriment of their teams who do not seem to understand the philosophy of this group better than their clients. I think there is only one: To make money off everyone's back. Forget this sign, it is unworthy of the profession!

Who can still entrust the management of his property to Foncia: Poor management, poor internal and external communication, no consideration of the customer, interlocutors at their wit's end. As for your tenant, if you manage to get in touch with him, he is treated like the last of the last. Until when will this group continue to despise its customers in this way! Whether you are a landlord or a tenant, go your way. There are other real estate professionals in Toulouse, yes yes that's it Real Estate Professionals not an investment fund ... A good hearer ...

Do not look for the human: automatic application of the rent increase in full COVID containment (I am an independent consultant and I was affected by the economic slowdown).
