Despite good account management, when looking for a new tenant, the service leaves much to be desired. The team is not responsive enough to requests from new tenants. We thus lost several rents.

syndic de copropriété à éviter. un gestionnaire de copropriété inexistant, arrogant, malhonnête et escroc. pendant plus d'un an, la copropriété s'est dégradée par une inaction du syndic tout en payant des factures pour des travaux non réalisés. l'humain est très important dans une société, mais ACANTYS n'a surement pas fait un bon casting.

Leaked promoter !! New apartment initially planned for the end of 2019 which, after numerous delays, will not be delivered until the beginning of 2021. More than a year and a half late !! How it is possible ? - They put all the blame on the craftsmen who work on the site without ever questioning themselves once. - Bad weather galore, 2 mm of rain in a day counts as three days of delayed work at home! - The site is still not moving forward and it doesn't seem to shock anyone. - Lack of seriousness and professionalism, quick to sign but very slow to deliver. Where to start ? We already had a heating problem which has never been resolved despite several reminders. A superb winter at 18 ° C maximum indoors, I doubt that our manager would have appreciated living in these conditions. We preferred to move before the arrival of next winter, that is to say. However, on the regularization of the charges that 20 euros returned on 1000 euros of charges (hot and cold water only) over the duration of our stay of 10 months. Already that is scandalous. Then during the inventory of fixtures of exit, the gentleman really looked at all in the smallest details including the dust on the outside of the external shutters !!! Inventory of the exit which lasted 1h30 against 30 min for the entry. We can therefore see the difference in precision, including the output report much more provided than the input. Another problem was that it was not the same person as the entry inventory. We were therefore surprised when the gentleman stuck his arm into the hood to take out 2 filters full of grease that had to be changed. Difficult to know when you haven't seen it at the entrance inventory. We had perfectly cleaned the first filters of the hood without knowing that there were others further down. The funny thing is, invoicing of the 2 carbon filters 42.5 euros. Yet in stores we find them at 20 euros for 2. In short, a deposit started for an apartment made partly cleaner than what we had recovered and it does not hold it back strangely.

Several apartments managed with this agency. Definition of my objectives, places of research, surface, control of the quality of the goods, putting in relation with other contacts for work everything has always been well framed and corresponding to my expectations. Report by email, interesting newsletter and not too long (and this is a quality) I live abroad and rarely come to France, I need a relationship of trust that allows me to manage without concern and effort is perfectly the case with Mme Negaret. I recommend without problem
