HORRIBLE! Very bad experience for my daughter's first pair. Disrespectful haughty saleswoman giving very brief advice without any explanation. She didn't even wait for me to take my daughter off the stroller for the roadway my daughter twisted all over the place when once standing in 30 seconds she was on the roadway. I could have tried her on a foot she didn’t find it necessary to make her try on the pair! We clearly annoyed her with each of our questions to end up being taken in the face "you are not going to teach me my job it's been 12 years that I sell shoes" she literally sent us PRAY she got the shoe and we turned our backs before leaving, stamping our feet like a child! In short really to avoid very unfriendly person she should change job!
