Fast, efficient yes BUT: it happened exceptionally that one or two items were missing from my order, which I could understand at the beginning. But it is now becoming almost systematic! And during my last order, 6 items were missing for an amount of almost € 30! So of course, the amount is refunded to the leclerc card, but in the meantime I don't have my items and the money is not in my bank account! I find this operation unacceptable, and I raise a rant because once again what I could accept exceptionally becomes almost usual now! And I don't think I'm the only one in this case! Whatever the reason, thank you for doing what is necessary!

Very good teams but complicated access / circulation: little space to maneuver.

Served in requested time slots, welcoming, and when I had an issue with my order forgetting I called and the manager resolved it

Never disappointed with an Eclerc drive but the .. Products missing from the order, staff not very friendly, breaks the pocket in front of me but does not even replace it. Very disappointed, I would not stay there again. I prefer to go further but have a decent service.
