It's a good experience in Toulouse

My partner and I originally booked for a cruise tour + dinner on December 7th of 2018 for two people, for this we paid a 30 Euro deposit through L'Occitania's website (order reference 6915). The cruise tour got cancelled last minute from their side, and as that was our last night in Toulouse, it was not possible to re-book for another day. This happened eight months ago, and we are still waiting to get a refund. During this time, we have sent several emails and made phone calls. After our second email, we didn't receive any response anymore. Our attempts on the phone have been greeted by a rude response followed by them hanging the phone.
