Sandrine and her team are amazing professionals. Everything from the actual bikes to the maps and the overnight stays on our trip went very smoothly. We were novices, and it was such a memorable and beautiful trip! I recommend Maison du Velo 100% if you want a different trip experience that's still comfortable and relaxing.

Horrible

Lower quality bikes and hotels. Bikes are not well maintained. I took the bike and spun the front wheel by hand it spun for 4 minutes. I did the same with the rear wheel, and it spun for about 30 seconds. The brakes were not touching the wheel. This means that the rear wheel needs to be replaced. I wasted a lot of muscle strength spinning this wheel during the trip. I wanted my own bike the whole way. The hotels had very small rooms and the breakfast was too small for us too. We checked the prices at each hotel and always got the cheapest and worst rooms in the hotel.

We spent 4 days cycling along the Canal du Midi. Véloccitane rented us the bikes, took care of our hotels and our luggage. It was great. Anaïs is wonderful, very attentive to our desires and anxious to do the best. We have adored !!

Everything was perfect! We did the Toulouse-Sète route in 7 days. Veloccitane organized everything (Anaïs took care of our file). We had excellent advice, the bikes (1 electric and 1 normal) were at the top, the guest rooms perfect and the course, tailor-made! Anaïs called us during our stay, they are available and very professional. The trip went wonderfully and we will start again with Véloccitane without hesitation for other adventures. Thanks to the whole team.
