The worst union in the world. Always looking to clear customs and dodge the problems. We have had our concern for 1 month and still no solution. Are they waiting for the answer to come from the Lord or are they trying so hard to help the inhabitants of the buildings they manage? Give up your job to people more competent than you.

The building manager of this company, in place in 2018 and still in place in 2019 early April, is disrespectful, insulting and out of all ears towards the co-owners. This sad gentleman wants to make the law in the condominium and forgets that he is the employee of the said co-ownership, In fact, the Syndicate of Co-owners pays the syndic to execute its decisions. The trustee is therefore the employee of the Syndicate of Co-owners. When I reminded this sad character of this basic notion, he was deeply upset that the boss is him. That's why he decides everything about condominiums! This man is unbearable, and that is enough to flee this trustee. Otherwise the telephone reception and the accounting are very pleasant and listening to the co-owners, quite the opposite of this proud character. I do not quote the name of this individual because the law forbids it. Thus, there is no personal charge, and, moreover, there are several real estate agents in this trustee. Flee this insupportable trustee !!!!
