Fac Habitat

To flee. Despite an accepted file (after 5 months of waiting), no response to emails. No way to contact a counselor, 0 support. (what do they do with their days ??) Not at all serious. Do not realize that there are young people / students behind who need accommodation. I recommend young people to turn to other social housing services that will seriously support you in your research (CROUS, Associations for young workers, space ...)

To flee !! Service nonexistent tenant! They never answer the phone (or so if it happens they speak with a condescending tone) much to be reviewed in the housing, it unfortunately its not a problem because it is not they who live there. Do not venture especially with Fac Habitat! It's a waste of time and especially money !!

SHAMEFUL SERVICE. Employees with absent subscribers, are there any? What do they do with their day? Despite an accepted file, I never had anyone, nor had any answers to my emails ... And the telephone platform does not speak about it ... A vulgar automated message which will not guide you in anything.

The residence is good, correct BUT the phone calls and emails = HORRIBLE. it takes a lot of courage and patience ...

This business is a real disaster. I live there, no services, equipment that does not work, FAC Habitat is NEVER come to fix them, they increase rents in the middle of the year, I have never seen such incompetence. DO NOT LIVE AT FAC HABITAT
