After submitting a loan request in December 2019, I tried to contact the person responsible for the file by email, traveling or by phone, no response. She is never available and no one on board is able to answer me. Extremely long telephone waiting time. Unprecedented level of incompetence

Very nice experience, a bank close to its customers with real added value. Not at all agree with the comments, top professional advisor who as much as possible is very available and attentive to find solutions. I highly recommend.

Since March 2018 in trouble due to a bank fraud the bred want to know nothing to date all my accounts are removed and do not want to close the account and allows himself to take debit interest charges still up to date impossible to contact the director and even after an attempt in court he blocks the proceedings a shame this bank
