I went there for my builder overhaul, after having read in detail the report of the overhaul, I see the inscription "ok" in front of the description "horn" even though my horn has not worked for 1 week. Being a professional means above all doing your job correctly by checking all the manufacturer s recommendations.

After a while norauto should stop taking people for Cs. Yes it must be said !!!! You go there for a puncture and you leave with a replacement of 4 tires and a change of 2 shock absorbers. Seriously, you do it every time !!

After dropping off my car at Norauto in Soissons for the replacement of a ball joint, I realized when I got it back that I was missing my yellow vest and a bottle of hydroalcoholic gel which I am sure were in the car in depositing it. Having called I was told that it was not possible and that nothing had been taken in the car .. Shameful!
