I've never seen such a disagreeable secretary

It is impossible to reach either Dr. Flament or his replacement to find out if the pain per and post on his plantar warts after having nitrogen is normal. Very painful during the care of the practitioner, moreover very cold, my son who had very pain, still hurts the next day but no one to answer me despite a long wait on the phone and even less the secretary who discourages me from my approach to join the Dr and who soon asked me to be grateful to have had this meeting. Meanwhile my 10 year old son never wants to get his warts burned again ....

I just called to make an appointment for the first time. The secretary with a great cold replied: We do not take a new patient! I asked him why ?? & like an answering machine: We do not take a new patient! Then she asked me where I live, Soissons! again - We do not take a new patient! This is unacceptable and unacceptable behavior of this secretary.

Secretary more than unpleasant, ashamed to do his work this way ... you may not be more places for new patients but it is not a reason to be haughty !!! I am not the only one to point you finger but it seems that you are determined in your way of doing ... to meditate Madame !!!
