Ecocuisine Soissons

I carried out my kitchen project at the end of August 2020 with Écocuisine for a realization planned for October which unfortunately took a month late due to the pandemic. Fortunately, professional and conscientious, they were able to provide me with the necessary explanations and the comfort I needed for this major investment in my home! The installer was particularly efficient and friendly, very professional too. Very happy with my new kitchen and can't wait to use it!

Reception, study of our project with Léana. Friendly, attentive and good advice. Installation: ask for Sébastien's intervention, pay attention to the environment, do a very good job. Very beautiful cuisine, of very good quality. Overall, it's an environment where it's easy to have problems and for us, it went well.

To avoid ! Very very disappointed with the relationship! Realization of an estimate for a study of a kitchen which did not succeed because I chose another project from a competitor, so far no problem ...... When the project was being designed, I had a very specific hood model in mind (hood with remote motor). This type of hood is not sold everywhere and when I opted for the competitive quote I chose it without a hood because it did not meet my expectations. So, out of kindness, benevolence and respect for the work provided, I wanted to order this hood from ecocuisine. After waiting 15 days for an answer, I was called back, telling me that he was not a household appliance salesman in an inappropriate tone. So I cut the conversation short and ordered from another kitchen designer without a problem. In short, I do not advise you to do a quote with them, they are very bad losers and in addition not sellers .... Pity !!

I give 5 stars for the commercial part because I did not have my kitchen installed by Eco Cuisine. I appreciated the availability, responsiveness and the possibility of moving forward remotely with Léana from Eco Cuisine.

Eco cuisine in Soissons is a welcoming store. Listened with kindness by counselor Léana, we validated and then started our desired project in the times that we wanted. The kitchen was assembled on time by a very friendly and professional installation team. The result is of high quality and meets my expectations. I now have a functional, pleasant space that looks like me to cook up good food for my family ... especially during confinement !! ...
