08/20/2018: After more than 1 year, my insurance confirms that I have won my case! MOBALPA LAON ETS TUTIN was found responsible for the wrong way on the water inlet and therefore for the consequences of the leak! June 2017: 8 months of work for a bathroom (October 2016 to date). Many defects. Including a leak on the shower water inlet (demonstrated by an expert). Work never finished, repairs never done. MOBALPA ETS TUTIN breaks the contract, stops the work as is and does not assume its responsibilities. Even after mail in RAR, no news. So we have to make the repairs and finish the work ourselves. MOBALPA ETS TUTIN LAON SOISS A FUIR ABSOLUTELY !!!
