20/08/2018: After more than 1 year, my insurance confirms me to have won my case! MOBALPA LAON ETS TUTIN was recognized as responsible for the malfunction on arrival of water and thus the consequences of the leak! June 2017: 8 months of work for a bathroom (October 2016 to date). Many defects. Of which a leak on arrival of water shower (demonstrated by expert). Work never completed, repairs never done. MOBALPA ETS TUTIN breaks the contract, stops work in the state and does not assume its responsibilities. Even after RAR mail, no news. So we have to do the repairs and finish the work ourselves. MOBALPA ETS TUTIN LAON SOIL TO FIRE ABSOLUTELY !!!
