Bad experience. Aillant took this lawyer lawyer at the beginning of the year asking me 500euro before the hearing and 600euro after the hearing. Following a postponement of the hearing in November, he did not want to take any new element into consideration to defend me, I told him and therefore by email that I did not want to have to do with him and therefore take another lawyer he asked me the same day 600euro more otherwise. I could not change lawyer so a jaf procedure, it cost me 1700euro. I absolutely do not recommend this lawyer who despises these clients and does not listen. And take advantage of people's weakness to claim more money. Because sending him emails he never answers, let me know that something is wrong with him and stop with him he knows how to answer, and has never been able to answer me concerning the invoice for these services of these famous 600euro that he claim that did not take place ... I strongly recommend master lusseau who took my file and in 4 days before the hearing managed to have all kinds of documents and work my file that he himself did not succeed in do in 1 year.

Where to start if not that I should have read the reviews before calling on this person. A lawyer who starts by collecting 500 € and then asks you to provide him with the necessary documents to build your case. Some time later I decided not to call on his services any longer and therefore did not give him any document allowing him to set up my file and sought to obtain reimbursement of the sums paid. I contacted him many times, by email, by phone and all this without success ... After months I managed to get him on the phone and he prides himself on having drafted a request that in his eyes is worth the 500 € paid! The only problem in this whole affair is that when on the phone he rereads his so-called request but the cited identities and the dates are not even spelled correctly which shows that nothing has been undertaken as work and effort on his side. . Why not recognize all this inconsistency if it is not the greed! On top of all that, the icing on the cake, he claims to have answered my emails but after umpteenth verification of my email inbox I received absolutely nothing. He was aggressive during our telephone conversation and did not give me room to argue. A deplorable experience! I strongly advise against it, it is terribly lacking in tact and appreciation. If you are looking for a lawyer to listen, do not call on him ...

What can I say? "" A lawyer who had served no good, I managed better in the negotiations without him. Was not present in the room before the judge (another lawyer had to take his place) I advise you if you need not be surrounded during your judgment.
