Hello, I ordered a swimming pool on 04/07/2020, a few days after my order was not delivered despite my expectation and I therefore asked for the cancellation of my order within the correct deadline on 04/23 / 2020 with its reimbursement. We ordered a SPA and equipment for maintenance, as well as a wooden covering for the SPA. Order split into 3 parts: - the wooden covering no longer allows the SPA cover to be closed, but this was not indicated when ordering ... -The maintenance kit (strips, bromine, vacuum cleaner) had to be delivered within 48 hours, but we have not been heard from for 2 months despite follow-up emails that have gone unanswered. And no switchboard ... It's very average.

Thieves site! Order and delivery canceled on May 21 and 7 weeks after still no refund after reminders every week! Should we mandate a bailiff to recover its due? Dishonest site to flee!
