I post a notice a year later because we were surprised to have a property tax of 1600 euros instead of 900 euros planned. Indeed, the real estate agent told us that having a doubled living area (because work done by the previous owner but not yet taken into account in the new declaration) and a plot smaller than the previous owner ( because land divided by the previous owner to make 2 sales) was not going to change the amount of the property tax ... I trust him blindly and find myself with 700 euros of additional costs per year ...

No return following the agency of our house and this for over a year .... Not very professional.
